合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起1年，具體以合同簽訂為準(zhǔn)。若考核不通過(guò)或發(fā)生中標(biāo)人損害招標(biāo)人權(quán)益的情況，招標(biāo)人有權(quán)立即終止合同

The Contract Period:The service period shall be one year commencing from the effective date of the contract, subject to the terms specified in the executed agreement. Should the Contractor fail the performance assessment or engage in activities that infringe upon the Tenderee's rights and interests, the Tenderee shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標(biāo)若符合政府強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)、支持中小微企業(yè)、支持監(jiān)獄和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實(shí)相關(guān)政策。本項(xiàng)目專門面向中、小供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Should this tender qualify for government-mandated procurement policies—such as energy-efficient product requirements, incentives for eco-friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, assistance to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), and procurement from prison or rehabilitation enterprises—relevant policies shall be strictly implemented. This procurement project is exclusively reserved for small and medium-sized suppliers.
