合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目一次采購(gòu)三年有效，服務(wù)合同一年一簽訂，中標(biāo)人經(jīng)采購(gòu)人考核通過后方可續(xù)簽下一年合同，若中標(biāo)人無法通過采購(gòu)人考核，采購(gòu)人有權(quán)終止合同并重新采購(gòu)。本次采購(gòu)預(yù)算金額所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為自****年8月2日起一年。

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review.
