4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責人；
6、業(yè)績要求：無；
7、其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal public works, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not concurrently serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
