簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目通過公開競爭性磋商的方式，擬選擇一名合適的供應商為上海東方樞紐國際商務合作區(qū)綜合信息管理服務平臺項目實施全過程代建管理服務，包括完成從項目立項到交付使用、固定資產(chǎn)移交全過程的建設管理代理工作并完整提供相關服務文檔，協(xié)助采購人完成項目審計等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至代建服務范圍內(nèi)項目全部驗收完畢且審計清算結算，并向采購人完整提供相關服務文檔之日止。
The Contract Period:From the date of signing the contract to the date when all the projects within the scope of agent construction services are accepted, audited and settled, and relevant service documents are provided to the purchaser completely.
