Brief Specification Description:Continuing the management work of implementing the platform in the past, we will deepen and refine the four aspects of work in combination with the new requirements of refined control; In response to the key work requirements for ****, we will further strengthen relevant coordination and service work in accordance with the needs of the region and the project; Other related work related to the management of the key area planning and implementation platform in the Lingang New Area, including landscape inspection, site selection, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Project Overview and Service Requirements)

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力及相應的履約能力；
（2）須具備城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質(zhì)證書乙級及其以上；
（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
（4）符合《關于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
