2. 交貨地點和交貨時間：
交貨地點：關(guān)境內(nèi) ：蘭州寶鋼制罐有限公司項目現(xiàn)場；關(guān)境外 ：CIF上海港
交貨時間：中標通知書發(fā)出之日起3個月內(nèi)具備賣方工廠交貨條件
3.*凡確認投標的投標人請登錄中國國際招標網(wǎng)平臺（http://www.chinabidding.com），務(wù)必在開標前注冊為其會員并通過年檢以獲得投標資格，中標情況將在中國國際招標網(wǎng)公示。
寶華智慧招標共享平臺(https://www.baohuabidding.com)和中國招標投標公共服務(wù)平臺(http://bulletin.cebpubservice.com/)可提供我公司的招標項目信息（邀請招標除外），有興趣的投標人可以登錄查看。登錄后，投標人可在寶華智慧招標共享平臺上購買招標文件進行投標和開標活動。

5. 招標平臺使用費：招標文件英文版及中文版一套（電子版），若中文和英文版有沖突以中文版為準。

（2）未被“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人名單;
（3）投標人應具有與本招標設(shè)備相當?shù)耐惒视C設(shè)備的供貨業(yè)績（穩(wěn)定運行速度不低于1,**0cpm），且所提供的設(shè)備有不少于3條兩片罐生產(chǎn)線的穩(wěn)定運行的業(yè)績；
（4）本項目接受代理商投標，如投標人為代理商，需提供針對本項目的制造商唯一授權(quán)函。若制造商和代理商同時參與投標，制造商和代理商的投標均被否決。
