Construction qualification requirements: At the same time, possess a Class III or higher construction general contracting qualification for building projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; and possess a Class II or higher professional contracting qualification for building decoration and renovation projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. 5. Qualification requirements for project leaders: The project leader to be appointed should have a registered construction engineer qualification of Class II or above for building engineering.
