Brief Specification Description:The main content of this project is to provide outsourced services for the staff canteen at the Dajubei office of the People's Government of Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (No. ** Jinxiao Road). Service address: Cafeteria at ** Jinxiao Road, Daju North Office Point, providing catering services for approximately **0 diners per day. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details).
合同履約期限：****年7月1日起至****年6月**日。

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(4) Having a valid Food Business License issued by the market supervision and management department, covering business projects that match the contracted content of this project;
