簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程主要內(nèi)容包括蘆潮港水閘配套水文設(shè)施的觀測場和管理用房整修、蘆潮港閘（閘內(nèi)）站的測亭整修及水文設(shè)施設(shè)備的能級提升，標(biāo)識標(biāo)牌加裝、安防設(shè)施加裝等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單和圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:The main contents of this project include the renovation of observation field and management room of supporting hydrological facilities of Luchao Port Sluice, the renovation of measuring booth of Luchao Port Sluice (inside the Sluice) Station, the upgrading of hydrological facilities and equipment, the installation of identification signs and security facilities, etc. (See Bill of Quantities and Drawings for specific quantities and requirements)
合同履約期限：合同簽訂生效之日起至質(zhì)保期結(jié)束。施工工期為**0日歷天，****年需完成工程量的**%。

（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有水利水電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With water conservancy and hydropower project construction general contracting grade III and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
