4、人員配備要求：需包含園林項目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱）、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員各1名、中級園林綠化工1人，必須為園林綠化施工單位人員。
5、項目負(fù)責(zé)人：必須為園林綠化施工單位人員。負(fù)責(zé)人須具有《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》，且無在建項目記錄。項目負(fù)責(zé)人在履行合同過程中發(fā)生變更的，如變更后時間未滿半年，不得參與本標(biāo)段投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses. \ n4. Personnel allocation requirements: It must include one project manager for landscaping (with intermediate professional title in landscaping), one safety officer, one quality control officer, one material officer, and one intermediate-level landscaping worker. All personnel must be from landscaping construction units. 5. Project Leader: Must be an employee of the landscaping construction unit. The person in charge must hold the "Certificate of Quality and Safety Production Assessment for Project Managers of Garden Greening Construction Enterprises" and have no record of ongoing projects. If the project leader changes during the performance of the contract, such as within less than half a year after the change, they shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding for this section
