簡要規(guī)則描述：浦東新區(qū)曹路鎮(zhèn)金鉆苑(南苑)外圍新設彩色瀝青步道,人行道部分對原混凝土面磚翻挖后原土整平、重新修筑水泥砼結(jié)構(gòu)層；步道兩邊現(xiàn)澆混凝土平石、小區(qū)出入口步道為地板漆,盲道移位等項目。具體要求詳見磋商文件內(nèi)采購需求及工程量清單
Brief Specification Description:New colored asphalt sidewalks have been established outside Jinzuan Garden (South Garden) in Caolu Town, Pudong New Area. For the pedestrian walkway, the original concrete paving blocks were dug up, the original soil was leveled, and a new cement concrete structure layer was rebuilt. On both sides of the sidewalk, cast-in-place concrete flat stones are installed, and the entrance and exit pathways of the community are coated with floor paint. 3.2具備市政公用工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
3.3擬派項目經(jīng)理具有市政公用工程專業(yè)貳級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document]. 3.2 Possess the third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects.
