簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為貫徹落實(shí)市委、市政府關(guān)于加強(qiáng)水環(huán)境綜合治理的相關(guān)要求，規(guī)范和加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村生活污水設(shè)施運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理工作，保障處理設(shè)施的正常運(yùn)行，切實(shí)解決浦東新區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)污水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不平衡問題，補(bǔ)齊農(nóng)村地區(qū)污水治理工作短板，本項(xiàng)目擬通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式選取合格的供應(yīng)商開展農(nóng)村生活污水處理設(shè)施運(yùn)維質(zhì)量抽檢及監(jiān)管設(shè)施維護(hù)項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)。具體工作內(nèi)容包括對(duì)農(nóng)污排水管道養(yǎng)護(hù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，全年抽檢 **** 條主管，并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析整理；對(duì)農(nóng)村生活污水就地處理裝置和提升泵站遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控設(shè)施的運(yùn)維。
Brief Specification Description:In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on strengthening comprehensive water environment management, standardize and strengthen the operation, maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage facilities, ensure the normal operation of treatment facilities, effectively solve the problem of unbalanced construction of urban and rural sewage infrastructure in Pudong New Area, and fill the gaps in rural sewage treatment work, this project plans to select qualified suppliers through competitive negotiation to carry out quality inspection of rural domestic sewage treatment facility operation and maintenance and procurement of supervision facilities maintenance projects.
