簡要規(guī)則描述：為貫徹落實市委、市政府關(guān)于加強水環(huán)境綜合治理的相關(guān)要求，規(guī)范和加強農(nóng)村生活污水設(shè)施運行維護管理工作，保障處理設(shè)施的正常運行，切實解決浦東新區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)污水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不平衡問題，補齊農(nóng)村地區(qū)污水治理工作短板，本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取合格的供應(yīng)商開展農(nóng)村生活污水處理設(shè)施運維質(zhì)量抽檢及監(jiān)管設(shè)施維護項目采購。具體工作內(nèi)容包括對農(nóng)污排水管道養(yǎng)護進行檢測，全年抽檢 **** 條主管，并對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析整理；對農(nóng)村生活污水就地處理裝置和提升泵站遠程監(jiān)控設(shè)施的運維。
Brief Specification Description:In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on strengthening comprehensive water environment management, standardize and strengthen the operation, maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage facilities, ensure the normal operation of treatment facilities, effectively solve the problem of unbalanced construction of urban and rural sewage infrastructure in Pudong New Area, and fill the gaps in rural sewage treatment work, this project plans to select qualified suppliers through competitive negotiation to carry out quality inspection of rural domestic sewage treatment facility operation and maintenance and procurement of supervision facilities maintenance projects. The specific job responsibilities include inspecting the maintenance of agricultural sewage drainage pipelines, randomly inspecting **** supervisors throughout the year, and analyzing and organizing the data; Operation and maintenance of on-site treatment
