(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、持有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照和安全生產(chǎn)許可證；4、具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)；5、擬派項目經(jīng)理具有市政工程專業(yè) 貳 級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Hold valid business licenses and work safety permits; 4. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 5. The proposed project manager should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be concurrently serving as the project manager of any other ongoing construction project.

本項目競爭性磋商相關活動在上海市政府采購信息管理平臺(網(wǎng)址:www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn)電子招投標系統(tǒng)進行。投標人在政府采購云平臺的有關操作方法可以參照政府采購云平臺中的專欄有關內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。磋商供應商應在投標截止時間前盡早加密上傳響中的應文件，電話通知項目負責人進行簽收，并及時查看政府采購云平臺上的簽收情況，以免因臨近投標截止時間上傳造成無法在開標前完成簽收的情形，未簽收的響應文件視為投標未完成。
