The bidder must provide at least 3 scanned copies of contracts signed between Jan 1, **** and the bid deadline, which include the manufacturer of the electronic universal testing machine for this project and cover testing machines of the same specification as the bidding scope of this project, as proof materials. The contracts must show the signing time, contract content, and the signed and sealed pages of both parties; otherwise, the proof materials will be deemed invalid.
