(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
5、項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
