簡要規(guī)則描述：航瑞路（下鹽路-鶴濤路）段污水管網(wǎng)，于航頭鎮(zhèn)拓展基地建設(shè)時建成，至今已經(jīng)超過**年，建成后一直未能移交養(yǎng)護(hù)。因長期未落實管養(yǎng)，導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有管網(wǎng)有多處損壞，堵塞情況經(jīng)常發(fā)生，排水功能受到影響。由于該管道是周邊小區(qū)污水排放至下鹽路總管的主要通道，經(jīng)常性堵塞，也導(dǎo)致西側(cè)小區(qū)內(nèi)污水多次出現(xiàn)難以排出的現(xiàn)象，淤積堵塞嚴(yán)重，臭氣很大，居民已經(jīng)多次通過****5平臺或者居委會進(jìn)行投訴。雖然委托了單位進(jìn)行疏通，但鑒于管網(wǎng)損壞，效果一般。建議對該段污水管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行修復(fù)，并納入地下管網(wǎng)養(yǎng)護(hù)。
Brief Specification Description:The sewage pipeline network of Hangrui Road (Xiayan Road Hetao Road) section was built during the construction of the Hangtou Town expansion base, and has been over ** years since its completion. However, it has not been handed over for maintenance. Due to the long-term failure to implement management and maintenance, there are multiple damages and blockages in the existing pipeline network, which often affect the drainage function. Due to the fact that the pipeline is the main channel for the discharge of sewage from surrounding communities to the main pipeline of Xiayan Road, it is often blocked, which has led to multiple difficulties in discharging sewage in the western community, severe siltation and blockage, and a strong odor. Residents have complained multiple times through the ****5 platform or neighborhood committee.
