簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目為****年唐鎮(zhèn)網(wǎng)格督查服務(wù)，擬通過公開招標(biāo)方式選擇一位合格供應(yīng)商按4個(gè)綜合網(wǎng)格分配工作力量，負(fù)責(zé)鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)各類城市管理問題的巡查發(fā)現(xiàn)、工單上報(bào)、即發(fā)即處、平臺(tái)流轉(zhuǎn)、結(jié)案核查等工作，受唐鎮(zhèn)城市運(yùn)行管理中心業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)和隊(duì)伍管理。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is the Tang Town Grid Supervision Service for ****. It is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to allocate work forces to 4 comprehensive grids, responsible for the patrol and discovery of various urban management issues within the town, the reporting of work orders, immediate handling, platform circulation, case closure verification, etc., under the business guidance and team management of the Tang Town Urban Operation Management Center. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements.)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
