一、招標(biāo)條件TenderingConditions
招標(biāo)人為中石油管道局伊拉克納西里耶儲油庫項目部，項目資金來源已落實。本招標(biāo)項目已按要求履行了相關(guān)報批及備案等手續(xù)，具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標(biāo)。
Theprojecthasimplementedrelevantproceduresaccordingtorules,regulations,andlaws.aswellasthecapitalhasbeenconfirmed.Nowweherebyinviteyouresteemedcompanytoparticipateinthisbid.ThetendereeisChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLtd(EPC)forNewNassiriyaDepotProject,IraqDepartment.
二、項目概況與招標(biāo)范圍ProjectOverviewandTenderingScope
2.1項目概況：伊拉克國家石油公司（StateCompanyforOilProject）計劃在納西里耶投資新建一個**0萬桶原油的罐區(qū)，用于接收Ahdeb、Badra、Gharaf、Nassiriya和AbuAmood油田的原油，項目一期計劃建設(shè)**2萬桶庫容量（7個****0m3浮頂儲罐），項目二期計劃建設(shè)**6萬桶庫容量（3個****0m3浮頂儲罐）。CPP作為該項目一期階段的EPC總承包商，負責(zé)7個****0m3原油儲罐、2個****0m3的原油泄壓儲罐，2個****0m3水儲罐建設(shè)，以及儲罐區(qū)配套的泵站、計量、取水、發(fā)電、通信、工藝管線、消防等系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、采辦、施工、試運工作。

四、招標(biāo)文件的獲取AcquisitionofTenderingDocuments

5.3逾期送達的、未送達指定地點的或者不按照招標(biāo)文件要求密封的投標(biāo)文件，招標(biāo)人將予以拒收。逾期傳送至電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)交易平臺的投標(biāo)文件，電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)交易平臺予以拒收。
