Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The tenderer intends to select a qualified bidder to provide services for the financial industry management and coordination project. The main tasks include assisting in financial investment promotion, assisting in financial services for the local economy, assisting in enterprise listing services, assisting in financial risk prevention, and managing the financial information system, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.)

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
