Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide operation and maintenance as well as on-site services for the systems, equipment and data currently in use at the Pudong Urban Operation Comprehensive Management Center. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年。

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠；（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measure, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be applied to the products of small and micro enterprises. 2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
