三林鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有**個老舊、拆遷小區(qū)，按小區(qū)物業(yè)現(xiàn)有的條件無法及時對居民產(chǎn)生的裝潢建筑垃圾及大件垃圾進行清理，為了進一步落實三林鎮(zhèn)老舊、拆遷小區(qū)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生綜合整治方案，改善居住小區(qū)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生條件，確保小區(qū)良好的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。采購人擬通過公開招標的方式選取一家合適的供應(yīng)商提供住宅小區(qū)建筑垃圾及大件垃圾兜底清運（****）服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

There are ** old and demolished communities in Sanlin Town, and the existing conditions of the property in the community can not be cleaned up in time for the decoration and construction waste and bulky garbage generated by the residents, in order to further implement the comprehensive environmental sanitation plan of the old and demolished communities in Sanlin Town, improve the environmental sanitation conditions of the residential communities, and ensure good environmental sanitation in the communities. The purchaser intends to select a suitable supplier through public bidding to provide residential community construction waste and bulky waste removal and transportation services (****). (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
