1.根據(jù)上海市財(cái)政局的規(guī)定，本項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)工作必須在上海政府采購(gòu)云平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行。本項(xiàng)目潛在投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)前應(yīng)當(dāng)自行了解上海政府采購(gòu)云平臺(tái)的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標(biāo)的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔(dān)電子招投標(biāo)可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；
2.投標(biāo)人須保證報(bào)名及獲取采購(gòu)文件時(shí)提交的資料和所填寫(xiě)內(nèi)容（郵箱必填）真實(shí)、完整、有效、一致，如因投標(biāo)人遞交虛假材料或填寫(xiě)信息錯(cuò)誤而造成的任何損失由投標(biāo)人承擔(dān)；
