簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開招標(biāo)的方式，選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商為上海市浦東新區(qū)環(huán)境監(jiān)測站提供揚(yáng)塵在線監(jiān)測站點(diǎn)質(zhì)量抽測服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目主要對在用的建筑工地、混凝土攪拌站、干散貨碼頭堆場、道路等揚(yáng)塵在線監(jiān)測設(shè)備進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量抽測工作，并對揚(yáng)塵在線系統(tǒng)日常監(jiān)管中發(fā)現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)異常點(diǎn)位系統(tǒng)，實(shí)施現(xiàn)場檢查。主要包括三部分內(nèi)容：（1）浦東新區(qū)范圍內(nèi)在運(yùn)行**臺套揚(yáng)塵在線監(jiān)測設(shè)施質(zhì)量抽測；（2）浦東新區(qū)范圍內(nèi)**0個在運(yùn)行揚(yáng)塵在線系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行異常站點(diǎn)現(xiàn)場檢查；（3）以快篩比對監(jiān)測形式開展**臺套揚(yáng)塵設(shè)備運(yùn)行有效性檢查。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide dust online monitoring site quality sampling services for the environmental monitoring station in Pudong New Area, Shanghai through public bidding. This project mainly conducts on-site quality sampling of dust online monitoring equipment such as construction sites, concrete mixing plants, dry bulk terminal yards, roads, etc., and implements on-site inspections on the data anomalies found in the daily supervision of the dust online system. It mainly includes three parts: (1) ** sets of dust online monitoring facilities are in operation within the scope of Pudong New Area; (2) On-site inspection of **0 abnormal operation sites of the operating dust online system in Pudong New Area; (3) Carry out the operation effectiveness inspection of ** sets of dust equipment in the form of fast screening comparison and monitoring. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂起至****年**月**日（如受不可抗力影響，若本項(xiàng)目完成時間晚于****年**月**日，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)完成全部約定工作，并通過采購人的項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收。如符合項(xiàng)目采購要求，采購人應(yīng)于下一年度，在供應(yīng)商提交全部報告并提出驗(yàn)收申請之后，1個月內(nèi)完成驗(yàn)收）。
