4、具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
5、具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人：擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理需具備市政公用工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師資格，同時(shí)具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)。以上項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站上查詢(xún)?yōu)闇?zhǔn)，在冊(cè)且無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外，擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在響應(yīng)文件遞交時(shí)不得調(diào)整，不得有在建項(xiàng)目。響應(yīng)文件中需提交響應(yīng)截止日前3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)打印的注冊(cè)建造師《投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》（通過(guò)上海市建設(shè)市場(chǎng)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查詢(xún)、截圖）；
7、符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
