簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)新區(qū)城運(yùn)中心要求及高東鎮(zhèn)城運(yùn)工作的需要，為保障采購(gòu)人城市運(yùn)行管理隊(duì)伍的專(zhuān)業(yè)性及高效性，擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)采購(gòu)的方式，選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供街鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域巡查服務(wù)。主要工作包括：街面巡查、農(nóng)村區(qū)域網(wǎng)格化管理、事件及部件類(lèi)的先行發(fā)現(xiàn)、案件核查和其他與城運(yùn)相關(guān)的督察工作、****5 市民服務(wù)熱線(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查及處置。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:According to the requirements of the urban transportation center of the new district and the needs of the urban transportation work of Gaodong Town, in order to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of the urban operation and management team of the purchaser, it is proposed to select a qualified supplier to provide urban inspection services through public procurement. The main tasks include: street inspection, grid management of rural areas, pre-discovery of incidents and components, case verification and other supervision work related to urban transportation, and on-site inspection and disposal of the ****5 citizen service hotline. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）具備省市級(jí)公安部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的“保安服務(wù)許可證”；
（4）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
