簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)新區(qū)城運中心要求及高東鎮(zhèn)城運工作的需要，為保障采購人城市運行管理隊伍的專業(yè)性及高效性，擬通過公開采購的方式，選擇一家合格的供應商提供街鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域巡查服務。主要工作包括：街面巡查、農村區(qū)域網(wǎng)格化管理、事件及部件類的先行發(fā)現(xiàn)、案件核查和其他與城運相關的督察工作、****5 市民服務熱線現(xiàn)場核查及處置。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:According to the requirements of the urban transportation center of the new district and the needs of the urban transportation work of Gaodong Town, in order to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of the urban operation and management team of the purchaser, it is proposed to select a qualified supplier to provide urban inspection services through public procurement. The main tasks include: street inspection, grid management of rural areas, pre-discovery of incidents and components, case verification and other supervision work related to urban transportation, and on-site inspection and disposal of the ****5 citizen service hotline. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)

（4）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。
