2、未被“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單，且“中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn) 中未被列入政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、具備電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)或輸變電工程施工專業(yè)承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具備有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
5、擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：具備機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且不得有在建項(xiàng)目。
6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

Having the third level or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction or the third level or above qualification for specialized contracting of power transmission and transformation engineering construction; 4. Having a valid safety production license; 5. Proposed project manager: Possess a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, hold a valid safety production assessment certificate, and must not have any ongoing projects. 6.
