簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地基礎(chǔ)層、面層?；A(chǔ)層包括：新做基礎(chǔ)、基礎(chǔ)翻建、新做排水明溝、排水明溝蓋板更換、加罩瀝青基礎(chǔ)、人造草混凝土基礎(chǔ)排水盲溝改建；面層根據(jù)不同的場(chǎng)地用途和學(xué)段選擇不同厚度及材料等。（具體工作內(nèi)容及要求詳見(jiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商文件、工程量清單及圖紙）。
Brief Specification Description:The main construction content includes the foundation layer and surface layer of the sports field. The foundation layer includes: newly constructed foundation, foundation reconstruction, newly constructed drainage ditch, replacement of drainage ditch cover plate, addition of asphalt foundation cover, reconstruction of artificial grass concrete foundation drainage blind ditch; The thickness and materials of the surface layer are selected according to different site uses and academic stages. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、 符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
2、 ****年1月1日至今未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、 須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)同時(shí)具備以下施工資質(zhì)：1）中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級(jí)或以上資質(zhì)；
5、 企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、 擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（（以響應(yīng)文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》為準(zhǔn)（通過(guò)上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前7 天內(nèi)打印有效））。
7、 處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標(biāo)期間的單位不得參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；
8、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
