Brief Specification Description:The main construction contents include the basic layer and the surface layer of the sports ground. The basic layer includes: constructing a new foundation, reconstructing the foundation, constructing a new open drainage ditch, replacing the cover plate of the open drainage ditch, adding an asphalt overlay to the foundation, and reconstructing the blind drainage ditch of the artificial turf concrete foundation; for the surface layer, different thicknesses and materials are selected according to the different uses of the site and different educational stages.

5、 擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人（（以響應文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項目負責人基本情況表》為準（通過上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設管理委員會網站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應文件提交截止時間前7 天內打印有效））。
6、 處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標期間的單位不得參與競爭；
