簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目包括排水戶水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和雨水泵站自動(dòng)取樣水質(zhì)檢測(cè)。對(duì)浦東新區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的排水戶排水水質(zhì)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)管理，嚴(yán)格排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)排放，本項(xiàng)目安排監(jiān)測(cè)一般行業(yè)****戶，特殊行業(yè)**3戶。對(duì)浦東新區(qū)范圍內(nèi)區(qū)管的**個(gè)雨水泵站集水井水質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，以便能及時(shí)了解旱天及雨天泵站水質(zhì)情況。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project includes water quality monitoring for drainage households and automatic sampling water quality testing for rainwater pump stations. Monitor and manage the drainage water quality of households within Pudong New Area, strictly adhere to discharge standards, and ensure that water quality meets discharge standards. This project arranges for monitoring of **** households in general industries and **3 households in special industries. Conduct water quality testing on the collection wells of ** rainwater pumping stations within the jurisdiction of Pudong New Area, in order to timely understand the water quality of pumping stations during dry and rainy days. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：合同簽訂之日起至****年5月底完成所有檢測(cè)相關(guān)工作。

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（2）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（3）須具有國(guó)家級(jí)或省(直轄市)級(jí)質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督主管部門頒發(fā)的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書(CMA)資質(zhì)，且承諾具備本項(xiàng)目履約的能力。
（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax illegal dishonest entities, and serious government procurement illegal dishonest behavior records by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn); (2) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (3) Must possess the Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) issued by the national or provincial (municipality directly under the central government) quality and technical supervision department, and promise to have the ability to fulfill this project.
