Brief Specification Description:The main construction contents include the basic layer and the surface layer of the sports ground. 4、 企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
5、 擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人（（以響應文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項目負責人基本情況表》為準（通過上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設管理委員會網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應文件提交截止時間前7 天內(nèi)打印有效））。
6、 處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標期間的單位不得參與競爭；
7、 本項目不允許轉包。
