2、 須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
3、 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)同時(shí)具備以下施工資質(zhì)：1）中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級(jí)或以上資質(zhì)；
4、 企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
