Brief Specification Description:Liansheng Garden is located at Lane **, Xingsheng Road, built in ****, and is one of the older communities in the jurisdiction of Laogang Town, consisting of 8 buildings, ** entrances, and **7 households. According to the residents and the Laogang Neighborhood Committee, there are issues with water leakage in the community, which becomes particularly severe during rainy weather, affecting residents' daily lives. To improve the livability and aesthetics of this old community, plans are to carry out repairs on Liansheng Garden to address the water seepage problems and enhance the quality of the living environment.

（2）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（4）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理；
（5）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
