簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途:為建立健全與城市安全運行和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展相匹配的物資儲備體系,切實提升新區(qū)物資儲備保障能力,擬委托符合資質(zhì)企業(yè)作為物資承儲單位,儲備帳篷、折疊床、床上用品等救災(zāi)物資。服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括:提供符合救災(zāi)類物資(**0頂帳篷、****張折疊床、****套床上用品)儲備條件的倉儲場所,并承擔(dān)救災(zāi)類物資的日常管理(含入庫、保管、出庫等)。(詳見招標(biāo)文件第三部分-服務(wù)需求書)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to establish and improve a material reserve system that matches the safe operation and high-quality development of the city, and effectively enhance the material reserve guarantee capacity of the new area, it is planned to entrust enterprises with the appropriate qualifications to serve as the units responsible for storing disaster relief materials such as tents, folding beds, and bedding. The service content includes: providing a storage site that meets the reserve conditions for disaster relief materials (**0 tents, 3,**0 folding beds, and 3,**0 sets of bedding), and undertaking the daily management of disaster relief materials (including warehousing, storage, and outbound, etc.). (Please refer to the Service Requirement Document in Part III of the bidding documents for details).
合同履約期限:本項目為一招三年項目,合同一年一簽。首個合同服務(wù)期限為****年7月**日至****年7月**日。

3、為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人,不得參加本項目的采購活動;
4、單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同潛在投標(biāo)人,不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動;
5、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包;
6、本項目專門面向中小微企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Potential bidders who provide services such as overall design, specification compilation, project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
4. Different potential bidders whose unit responsible persons are the same or have a direct holding or management relationship are not allowed to participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract.
5. Subcontracting is not permitted for this project.
6. This project is specifically for procurement from small, medium and micro enterprises.
