(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
2、具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
3、企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
4、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
5、本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)；
6、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. The bidder must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept participation in procurement activities by branches in their own names); 2. Possessing a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 3. The enterprise must have a valid work safety license; 4. The proposed project leader must have a registered constructor professional qualification of Grade 2 or above in municipal public works, possess a valid work safety assessment certificate, and not be the project leader of any other ongoing construction project; 5. This project is only open to procurement from various types of suppliers including medium-sized, small and micro-sized enterprises; 6. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
