(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（2）建筑機電安裝工程專業(yè)承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)和消防設(shè)施工程專業(yè)承包二級及以上資質(zhì)
（3）具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（4）本項目擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人須具備機電工程專業(yè)二級（及以上）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)知識考核合格證書，且不得擔(dān)任其他在建建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names). (2) Professional contracting qualification for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering at level three or above and professional contracting qualification for fire protection facilities engineering at level two or above. (3) Possessing a valid work safety license. (4) The proposed project leader for this project must hold a second-level (or above) registered constructor professional qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production knowledge assessment, and shall not concurrently serve as the project leader for any other ongoing construction project.
