Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Replacement of 9 sets of **kV high-voltage electrical equipment, 4 sets of on-site control cabinets, **kV high-voltage interconnecting power cables, 2 sets of **kV transformers, 8 sets of 0.4kV low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. of Waigaoqiao Pump Lock; replacement of 8 sets of **kV high-voltage electrical equipment, **kV high-voltage interconnecting power cables, 2 sets of **kV transformers, 8 sets of 0.4kV low-voltage electrical equipment, and **0kw diesel generator sets (including purchase, installation and supporting components) of Donggou Ship Lock; replacement of Bailianjing Pump Lock high-voltage soft start cabinet, **0kw diesel generator sets (including purchase, installation and supporting components), etc.
合同履約期限：采購周期為6個月，自合同簽訂之日起6個月完成

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:If this procurement project complies with the government procurement policy requirements on encouraging environmentally friendly and energy-saving products, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting employment of people with disabilities, supporting prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, supporting underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas, then the relevant policies will be implemented.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
（2）未被列入“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和中國政府采購網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（3）本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
（4）本項目非專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Comply with the provisions of Article ** of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; (2) Not be included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); (3) Consortium bidding is not allowed for this project. (4) This project is not specifically for procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises.
