簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：將糧庫西側(cè)圍墻臨近5根高壓電線桿及3根路燈桿等其他附屬設(shè)施通過搬遷集并的方式，使通車輔道上從糧庫南側(cè)圍墻至大門路段不再有高壓電線桿阻礙通行。優(yōu)化后，原高壓電線桿阻擋糧庫大門進(jìn)出的困難能夠消除阻礙運(yùn)糧車安全轉(zhuǎn)彎的情況得以改善、且增加緊急情況下臨時(shí)蓄車的可能。

4）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人：需具備電力工程專業(yè)建造師或機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，同時(shí)具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書。
5） 本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品；
6） 本項(xiàng)目不允許接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
