簡要規(guī)則描述：在B3-8地塊新建社區(qū)公共服務(wù)中心(人民坊)，主要功能包括黨群服務(wù)、社區(qū)服務(wù)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)體育、社區(qū)文化及養(yǎng)育托管點(diǎn)(寶寶屋)等，同步建設(shè)地下車庫及垃圾壓縮站，新建總建筑面積約****0 平方米，其中地上約 **** 平方米，地下約 **** 平方米;在 B3-7 地塊新建公共綠地，同步聯(lián)通 B3-8地塊共建地下空間，建筑面積約****平方米。
Brief Specification Description:A community public service center (Renminfang) will be newly constructed on Plot B3-8. Its main functions include Party-masses service, community service, community elderly care, community sports, community culture, and childcare custody points (Baby Houses), etc. Meanwhile, an underground garage and a garbage compression station will be built. The total newly constructed building area is approximately **,**0 square meters, of which about 7,**5 square meters are above ground and about 4,**5 square meters are underground. A public green space will be newly constructed on Plot B3-7, and the underground space will be connected with that of Plot B3-8 simultaneously. The building area is approximately 2,**2 square meters.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至整個(gè)項(xiàng)目代建服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)各項(xiàng)目全部驗(yàn)收完畢，并向采購人完整提供相關(guān)服務(wù)文檔之日止

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、法人依法設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標(biāo)時(shí)，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機(jī)構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動(dòng)并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得同時(shí)參與同一項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
2、本項(xiàng)目不允許分包、轉(zhuǎn)包；
3、本項(xiàng)目本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:When a branch office legally established by a legal person participates in a tender in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification materials for legal registration and a written authorization issued by the legal person authorizing the branch office to participate in government procurement activities within its business scope and assume all civil liabilities. The legal person and its branch office shall not simultaneously participate in the procurement activities of the same project.
Subcontracting and transferring of the project are not allowed in this project.
Joint bids are not accepted for this tender of this project.
