(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、具備省市級(jí)公安部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的“保安服務(wù)許可證”；
5、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
注：外省單位若中標(biāo)后，應(yīng)當(dāng)自開(kāi)始保安服務(wù)之前 ** 個(gè)工作日內(nèi)向上海市公安部門(mén)備案登記。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Having a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; 5. This project does not allow subcontracting.
