簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為有效緩解高東鎮(zhèn)行政區(qū)域內(nèi)交通擁堵現(xiàn)象，配合交警順利進(jìn)行交通整治、疏導(dǎo)工作，維護(hù)交通良好秩序，協(xié)助交警勸阻、糾正違法行為，開展交通違法查處，擬通過(guò)公開采購(gòu)的方式，選取一家專業(yè)的第三方單位提供特保服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to effectively alleviate the traffic congestion in the administrative area of Gaodong Town, cooperate with the traffic police to smoothly carry out traffic rectification and diversion work, maintain good traffic order, assist the traffic police to dissuade and correct illegal behaviors, and carry out investigation and punishment of traffic violations, it is proposed to select a professional third-party unit to provide special insurance services through public procurement. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：一次采購(gòu)兩年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過(guò)采購(gòu)人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年。本項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年**月**日至****年**月**日。本合同服務(wù)期限屆滿時(shí)，中標(biāo)人所提供的服務(wù)經(jīng)考核不合格的，采購(gòu)人有權(quán)不與中標(biāo)人續(xù)約，且無(wú)須給予中標(biāo)人任何賠償、補(bǔ)償。

（4）具備省市級(jí)公安部門核發(fā)的有效的“保安服務(wù)許可證”；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
