Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The service content includes (but is not limited to) the acceptance, dispatch, contact, coordination, review and settlement of work orders (including WeChat) on the hotline platform, emergency duty of the hotline platform, daily management of the hotline platform, information processing and analysis, calculation of comprehensive assessment indicators, comprehensive assessment analysis and report preparation, operation and management of WeChat official account, as well as related office rent, property fees, hotline, communication cable fees, etc. Please refer to the bidding documents for specific details.
