(c)本項目的特定資格要求：具有住建部電力工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)，還應(yīng)同時具有“國家能源局監(jiān)管局（或國家電力監(jiān)管委員會）”頒發(fā)的承裝、承修、承試五級以上（含五級）電力設(shè)施許可證；項目經(jīng)理須具備機電工程專業(yè)注冊建造師二級及其以上資格；本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It should have a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for power engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and at the same time hold a license for the installation, maintenance and testing of power facilities of Grade 5 or above (including Grade 5) issued by the "Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration (or the National Electricity Regulatory Commission)". The project manager must hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering. This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement.
