（5）提交響應(yīng)文件截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購活動中無不良行為記錄；
（6）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備；依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財務(wù)會計制度；
