簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬委托專業(yè)檢測單位對住宅小區(qū)建筑物外墻墻面以及建筑附屬構(gòu)件進(jìn)行安全檢測，防范和化解安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患，切實(shí)保障居民住房安全。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to entrust a professional inspection unit to conduct safety inspections on the exterior walls and ancillary components of buildings in the residential community, to prevent and defuse safety risks and hidden dangers, and effectively ensure the safety of residents' housing. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.)

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、須具備市場監(jiān)督管理局核發(fā)的檢驗(yàn)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書(證書附表中檢驗(yàn)檢測的能力范圍包含本項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容)；
2、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
4、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It must possess the qualification certification for inspection and testing institutions issued by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (the scope of inspection and testing capabilities listed in the attached table of the certificate includes the content of this project). 2. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious dishonesty records in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 3. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
