(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）法人依法設立并領取營業(yè)執(zhí)照的分支機構參加政府采購活動應當經(jīng)由其法人授權。法人與其分支機構或者屬于同一法人的不同分支機構不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
（5）其他特定資格要求：具備有效的工程勘察綜合甲級資質(zhì)或工程勘察巖土工程（物探測試監(jiān)測檢測）乙級（含）及以上資質(zhì)。
