合同履約期限：供貨周期：合同簽訂并生效后一年。供貨時(shí)間：以招標(biāo)人實(shí)際出具采購單時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，中標(biāo)人在接到采購單后7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)送貨到招標(biāo)人指定地點(diǎn)（中標(biāo)人須保證在采購單出具當(dāng)月月底前完成配送）。

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中型或小型、微型企業(yè)采購；
（2）投標(biāo)人在近三年內(nèi)無行賄犯罪記錄，未被政府采購監(jiān)督管理部門禁止參加政府采購活動(dòng)，同時(shí)未被列入 “信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.credit china.gov.cn)中失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的投標(biāo)人（以投標(biāo)截止之日前三年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準(zhǔn)）；
（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)（一經(jīng)證實(shí)，取消所有涉及單位的投標(biāo)資格）；
（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；
（5）本項(xiàng)目采購產(chǎn)品未進(jìn)行進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品論證，不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品投標(biāo)；
