簡要規(guī)則描述：完成6套視頻圖像分析節(jié)點(diǎn)-1、1套視頻圖像分析節(jié)點(diǎn)-2、1套視頻圖像轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)節(jié)點(diǎn)的供貨、安裝和調(diào)試工作(具體要求詳見磋商文件第三章)。
Brief Specification Description:Complete the supply, installation, and commissioning of 6 sets of Video Image Analysis Nodes-1, 1 set of Video Image Analysis Node-2, and 1 set of Video Image Forwarding Node (for specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 3 of the negotiation document).
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起**天內(nèi)。

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本采購項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行政府采購有關(guān)鼓勵(lì)支持節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、環(huán)境認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品以及支持中小企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位等的政策功能。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本項(xiàng)目面向小型、微型企業(yè)采購；
4、為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；
6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(iii)This project is only open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
