簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)年度土地出讓計(jì)劃，擬將啟動(dòng)**項(xiàng)圖則更新項(xiàng)目（****年具體完成數(shù)量以實(shí)際為準(zhǔn)，最終費(fèi)用以實(shí)際完成數(shù)量為基礎(chǔ)計(jì)算）。根據(jù)《上海市控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃技術(shù)準(zhǔn)則》要求，開(kāi)展規(guī)劃局部調(diào)整圖則更新成果，并上報(bào)。具體內(nèi)容如下：明確擬更新地塊的調(diào)整內(nèi)容，并形成調(diào)整圖則和入庫(kù)文件以及必要的說(shuō)明報(bào)告；梳理和調(diào)研地塊及所在街坊的現(xiàn)狀情況和規(guī)劃情況；通過(guò)專家及部門評(píng)審會(huì)后上報(bào)市局審批入庫(kù)。項(xiàng)目成果包含圖則更新文本以及圖則更新上報(bào)文件，包括圖則更新申請(qǐng)表、控規(guī)調(diào)整前后圖則、入庫(kù)文件等。成果內(nèi)容和形式符合《上海市控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃技術(shù)準(zhǔn)則》和《上海市控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃成果規(guī)范》。
