簡要規(guī)則描述：房屋需進行安全檢測，總建筑面積約5.**萬平方米。本項目擬委托專業(yè)服務(wù)單位提供房屋安全檢測服務(wù)，房屋安全檢測服務(wù)必須滿足國家、上海市和行業(yè)頒布的關(guān)于房屋檢測、安全鑒定等方面的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程和辦法。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The house needs to carry out safety testing, and the total construction area is about **,**0 square meters. This project intends to entrust professional service units to provide housing safety testing services, and the housing safety testing services must meet the relevant standards, norms, regulations and methods on housing testing and safety appraisal promulgated by the state, Shanghai Municipality and the industry. 2、須具備自然資源主管部門依法頒發(fā)的《測繪資質(zhì)證書》，資質(zhì)等級須為乙級及其以上，業(yè)務(wù)范圍包括界線與不動產(chǎn)測繪；
3、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
4、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
5、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Must have the qualification certificate of inspection and testing institution issued by the Market Supervision Administration (the scope of inspection and testing capacity in the certificate schedule includes the content of this project); 2. Must have the Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate issued by the competent department of natural resources according to law, the qualification level must be B or above, and the business scope includes boundary line and real estate surveying and mapping; 3. It has not been included in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, major tax law and trust-breaking subjects, and serious illegal and trust-breaking behaviors of government procurement by Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or www.ccgp.gov.cn; 4. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China; 5. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
