簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為維護陸家嘴治安安全、城市管理有序、社會和諧穩(wěn)定、妥善處置應(yīng)急突發(fā)事件、重大節(jié)慶、重大事件、重要場所投入安保力量，防止違法犯罪、群 體性事件和糾紛械斗，維護轄區(qū)社會穩(wěn)定，采購社區(qū)治安輔助服務(wù)，采購人擬選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供平安辦社區(qū)治安輔助服務(wù)。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，合同到期后采購人將對中標(biāo)人的服務(wù)情況及工作考核結(jié)果進行評價。采購人可根據(jù)評價結(jié)果與中標(biāo)人續(xù)簽服務(wù)合同。如年度考核未通過或項目內(nèi)容及價格變動幅度超過原合同采購金額**%的，則不再續(xù)簽合同，重新采購。本項目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限：****年6月1日-****年5月**日。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

The procurement of this project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed once a year. 2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、須具備省市級公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
4、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1.
